		<description>I was very amazed when I read this news.  In a way I felt sorry for the parents, especially if something would have happened to little Philip.  On the other hand I could not believe how the parents could be asleep so deeply having a 2 year old child.  Maybe the parents were very tired, but I know that when you have a child you always keep one eye closed and one open for the sake of the kid.  Hopefully the family will learn from this, and little Philip will be safe.  Thanks God for Alfie.  He did seem to care for Philip.
