Somebody sent me this link to a very funny story on About.com and it still has me laughing. The way things are going we may need these kits for a lot of breeds here in the U.S.

In Australia, according to attackchi.org.au, 10 breeds of dogs “are automatically declared dangerous under some Queensland Council Local Laws: Anatolian Shepherds, Bull Mastiffs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Greyhounds, Maremmas, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and Rottweilers.” To draw attention to the bureaucratic plight of punished pups, the organization is developing Ultra Disguise Kits for Dogs, part of their Invisible Breeds Products line.

Featured with photographs and application instructions is the dandy Ultra Poodle Disguise Kit for Dobermans. The kit, says the organization, includes:

– ‘Tibet’ fake fur pieces (four ankle pieces, one body piece, head piece and tail attachment)
– Safe suit fitting method statement and instructions.
– High Quality duct tape
– Under harness
– Black face paint (safe for dogs)
